Bothell has a moderate climate, with cool summers and not very cold winters which precipitate more rain than snow. Bothell’s many neighborhoods are mostly quiet residential areas, but if you’re looking for a place to shop, eat, or socialize, the downtown and Canyon Park areas are home to several restaurants, shops, and businesses. Spots like Carolina Smoke BBQ, Casa De Mama, and the Practical Sparrow cafe offer a varied range of choices whatever you may be craving.  For recreation, the Sammamish river trail is a beautiful 10.9-mile trail with accessibility for biking as well.

Raising children.

Issaquah has the 15th largest school district in Washington with over 18,000 students. It hosts 15 elementary schools, five middle schools, three comprehensive high schools, and an alternative high school – all nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. This area offers plenty of space for outdoor recreation and among in its gorgeous mountains yet still maintains a close distance to a major US city and all of the opportunity therein, making Issaquah an ideal place for any child to grow up.

Issaquah was rated as the 2nd fastest growing suburb in the Washington by and the 89th fastest in the continental U.S., clearly, a location to be desired. Only a 20-minute drive from downtown Seattle, it’s hard to believe that a town with such rich natural beauty could be so close to work.
