When it came time to sell our unique Kirkland property, Freddy was the only one we knew who could understand the value of our historic home, the major restoration that we had done, and could thus better understand how to market it. We met other agents who could put a sign in the yard, record an MLS listing, and conduct open houses. We wanted more. Our home was one of the few 100-year-old homes left in Kirkland. He understood that and knew that we wanted it marketed to people who would not tear it down. He even took the time to read the story that we wrote about the history of the house and community, building that story into his marketing efforts.
