When it came time to sell our unique Kirkland property, Freddy was the only one we knew who could understand the value of our historic home, the major restoration that we had done, and could thus better understand how to market it. We met other agents who could put a sign in the yard, record an MLS listing, and conduct open houses. We wanted more. Our home was one of the few 100-year-old homes left in Kirkland. He understood that and knew that we wanted it marketed to people who would not tear it down. He even took the time to read the story that we wrote about the history of the house and community, building that story into his marketing efforts. We can say simply this: Freddy represented us very well, very well indeed.

My wife and I had decided to try building a home from the ground up and sell it. The project took much longer than expected, and we had funds stolen from us by the general contractor. I called Freddy explaining the situation, which to us seemed pretty desperate. It is great to have Freddy there when things are good, but even better to have him there when things are bad. He calmed me down and went to work. He found a good buyer, drove the value of the home, and although we took a substantial loss on the home, I estimate it was only half of what we expected. More importantly, Freddy was positive and encouraging and even invested his own money into the project to help close the sale. He knew I was hurting and responded in a genuine and caring manner.

Freddy is not focused on just a single transaction but is interested in developing a relationship that will result in more business down the road. I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I am for this fine young man.
